All natural, artisinal soy sauce with a quality, world aparts from what you can find in any regular grocery store. This soy sauce is packed with multi-dimensional flavour - salty, yeasty and well-rounded.

This pure and fresh japanese soy sauce is aged in 100-year old barrels on a small island in Japan's inland se. The sauce is fermented for 1 year in cedar barrels. It's all natural, with no preservatives, just an intense an complex flavour made by using premium whole steamed soy beans, toasted wheat, salt and mineral water. It's rich on the palate, with a saltiness that supports rather than overwhelms its many layers of flavour. A smooth and balanced tate with a milder fuller flavour than most soy sauces.

Traditionally brewed soy is a fremented soy food, so it has many of the same nutritional properties. The natural fermentation process converts soy proteins, starches and fats into easily absorbed amino acids, simple sugars and fatty acids.
