By day, Project- and Operations manager at Den Kinesiske Købmand - by night, daughter and foodie.

As the daughter of Hung and Quyen, Elin has spent a large part of her childhood in the business on Nørre Voldgade and has now, after a few years out on the labor market, returned to the family business.

She has grown up running around and playing hide and seek in the store and building fortresses with empty cardboard boxes, but most of all she has absorbed several years of advice and expertise when the family's recipes and knowledge were shared with visitors.

With a combination of Hung and Quyen's expertise, and Elin's love for Asian food, she now shares the this knowledge with everyone who wants to learn the Asian language of love - food ♥
